Meeting Spaces with a View
Impress your group with a unique space, top-notch amenities and outstanding views.
Event spaces are easy to come by in a city as large as Dallas. However, if you want to make a perfect impression on your guests, book a venue with the city's most beautiful views.
The Empire Room
With a beautiful, modern interior and huge outdoor patio with stunning views of the Dallas skyline, the Empire Room is located in the heart of the Design District. Accommodating up to 600 guests inside, the venue has one large customizable space that can be partitioned into two smaller spaces, perfect for corporate events, weddings or proms. Plus, the patio can hold an additional 300 guests for a nighttime event under the stars.
2616 Commerce Event Center
With three unique spaces to host your next big event, 2616 Commerce has something for everyone. Starting on the first floor, the 6,500-square-foot Commerce Room is industrial chic with red brick walls, exposed ceilings with silver ductwork and an original Coca-Cola mural from 1948. The Penthouse is perfect for smaller gatherings like birthday parties, weddings or corporate meetings. It features stained concrete floors, a chandelier and two private balconies. But the real star of the venue is the Rooftop Deck – a 4,500-square-foot open-air deck with amazing views of the city.
The Loft at Gilley's Dallas
Give your group one of the best views of the Dallas skyline. The historic music venue – known for its Texas country music, mechanical bull and Jack Daniel's Saloon – seats 450 people in the second-floor space with prime access to a 3,000-square-foot patio overlooking Downtown Dallas. When closing remarks are wrapped, head to Bonnie & Clyde's, a recently opened speakeasy inside Gilley's Dallas.
D.E.C. on Dragon
The two-story, retro-modern space in the heart of the Design District is great for groups of 200 or less, with plenty of indoor meeting space enveloped in exposed brick walls and industrial chic décor. Its crowning feature is a 3,500-square-foot rooftop bar with sparkling string lights and spectacular views of the Dallas skyline.
Terrace at the Joule Hotel
Step out onto the boutique hotel's fourth-floor terrace for an eye-catching view of – what else? – The Eye, a 30-foot sculpture modeled after the artist's own eyeball located across from Main Street from Joule Hotel. The terrace's event space can include indoor space that can accommodate 110 in a banquet set up, with adjoining outdoor pre-function reception space that can fit up to 130. A glass elevator can bring your guests up from street level directly to the fourth floor, ensuring they arrive in style.
Sheraton Dallas Hotel
With 19 event rooms and up to 10 breakout rooms, the Sheraton Dallas Hotel is ready for any group's needs. Their top-floor ballroom, aptly named The Majestic Ballroom, can seat up to 165 guests and boasts spectacular views of Deep Ellum and East Dallas.
Canopy Dallas Uptown
Set up your group on the top floor of the Canopy Dallas, a recently opened Hilton-branded hotel in Uptown. While their conference space can fit up to 200 guests, the executive boardroom can comfortably fit up to 14 guests, making it an ideal space for a smaller group. Both spaces overlook Uptown, with Downtown Dallas in the distance. The hotel also has easy access to all the neighborhood activities thanks to the local M-Line Trolley.
