
Participants come from across the world gather in early December to run Dallas’ largest and Texas’ oldest running marathon. The course highlights Dallas landmarks and popular neighborhoods throughout the 26.2-mile run.
The Omni Dallas Hotel is the official headquarters for the race and it's attached to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, the location of the race's Health & Fitness Expo.
Dates:
The BMW Marathon takes place in December each year. In 2025, the event will take place Dec. 12-14. The starting time for participants in the Marathon, Half Marathon, the Relays, and 50K Ultra is 8:00 a.m.

Registration fees vary by event. Check the website for more information. The Health & Fitness Expo is free to attend and open to the public.
