HG Sply Co
Offering an unobstructed view of the Dallas skyline, HG Sply Co on Lower Greenville has, arguably, one of the best rooftops in town to wind down with refreshing sips, and a menu full of clean-eating options for every palette. For fair weather fun, enjoy the sprawling rooftop space and lighthearted atmosphere that has made HG a Dallas staple, but try their take on the Moscow Mule that has put them on the map. They offer a mocktail version of the HG Mule with agave, lime and buddha's brew ginger kombucha for you to savor any night of the week and wake up feeling just fine!

Complete with a long list of libations, this bar is happy to whip you a tasty alcohol-free alternative. Try the Pink Cloud Compression with strawberry, basil and egg white without the vodka or, if you're feeling fancy-free, let them surprise you with something special when you order the Bartender's Choice.
True Food Kitchen
