Artfully, Sammons Jazz Brunch
This inaugural fundraiser celebrates art and culture, collaborative partnerships, and the crucial work achieved by the Sammons Center with support from our generous community of donors and patrons.
The Artfully, Sammons Jazz Brunch proceeds will support the Sammons Center’s ongoing efforts to “Grow the Arts” by empowering individual artists and arts organizations to succeed through affordable access to space and services as well as free resources provided by the Center.
The event will include exciting elements that will captivate the audience’s attention as the Sammons Center shares its mission and the remarkable impact it has on the local arts community. New and returning patrons will have the opportunity to hear from SCA community members like the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra (GDYO), learn more about how the Sammons Center supports emerging artists and mid-sized arts groups, and experience live music throughout our historic building, including the GDYO Jazz Ensemble and a captivating performance by 5-time GRAMMY award-winning French jazz violinist Scott Tixier and his trio.
